Remedial
Remedial massage aims to treat damaged, knotted, tense or immobile muscles using tactile, often concentrated, massage and other soft tissue techniques
Relaxation
A relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation.
Deep Tissue
A massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.
Trigger Point
A soft tissue technique that works to release painful, tension in muscles and fascia that you would usually experience as a knot in the muscle. There are many different approaches to trigger point therapy including soft tissue work, deep tissue massage, and ischemic pressure.

Suzy Lahausse
Suzy began her training in 2018 in Melbourne and has since trained in a range of other massage styles.
Suzy offers Remedial, Pregnancy, Swedish/Relaxation, Deep tissue, Dry Needling and Cupping.
Coming from a background in health science, naturopathy, holistic cooking, yoga and breath work, Suzy is passionate about being in service and supporting others in the community. Suzy spends her free time furthering her education and is currently completing a Certificate in reformer teacher training and her Cert III in fitness in order to one day further support her clients to reach their wellness goals.
Shaun Barron
Shaun completed a Certificate IV in Relaxation massage in 2014 and continued through to a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2016 with Evolve College formerly (Australian College Of Massage).
He specialises in trigger point, remedial, sports and relaxation massage.
With years of experience, he enjoys treating and helping new and regular clients with their ailments .
