Lifeworks Pilates and well-being– Move with Strength, Balance & Confidence
Located in the heart of Ballina in the Northern Rivers, Lifeworks is a welcoming studio dedicated to helping you feel stronger, more flexible, more balanced, and energised in your daily life.
Pilates is all about activating the deeper stabilising muscles—and while it may look gentle, it’s definitely no walk in the park! When done correctly, Pilates is both challenging and rewarding. You’ll feel the difference after your very first class, and over time, you’ll notice real changes in how your body moves and feels.
Our highly qualified instructors each hold a Diploma of Pilates from respected training institutions and are committed to delivering safe, effective, and enjoyable workouts. We also have experienced Exercise Physiologists on the team who offer both private sessions and group strength training.
