We understand how important it is to start exercising at the right pace for you and your body. We use mat as well as specific reformer exercises to give beginners and those recovering from illness or injury a great start to their Pilates journey.
The class is specifically for those with musculoskeletal limitations including chronic back pain, recovering from injury or surgery and for beginners wanting to gain confidence on the Reformer before joining other classes.
You must have a private lesson before commencing this class. Max 6 people.
