Payment for classes must be made before booking if possible.
You can pay by credit card via the app (Lifeworks Pilates) or via computer. Cash or credit card is also accepted in the studio.
You will need to cancel your booking online at least 14 hours before your class in order to receive a credit for a catch up class. Catch up classes MUST be used within the time frame you have purchased, please check your contract.
We are unable to give refunds but if a crisis arises, please send us an email and under some circumstances we may decide to put a credit in your account to use in the future.
