“I love that pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise that can be performed by people of different fitness levels and ages. The fact that exercises can be adapted for individuals and can be applied to every day life is a bonus. I’m passionate about Pilates and really enjoy seeing my clients walk taller with increased confidence and in less pain”.
