The reformer is an amazing piece of equipment that tones, stretches and strengthens the whole body. It uses springs and pulleys to add resistance and variety to the traditional Pilates Repertoire.
We use state of the art Reformers to transform your body shape and improve posture, core strength and flexibility. These classes offer a more challenging workout with a limit of 7 people per session. Balance and core challenges will be added for athletes/sports clients to improve performance and muscle endurance. Suitable for Beginner to advanced clients but if you have musculoskeletal issues, advanced pregnancy, pain or injury, Reformer 101 classes are for you! See timetable for options.
An “Intro to Reformer” class or a private lesson must be taken prior to booking a Reformer class. If you have attended Reformer classes elsewhere, please contact the studio to discuss.
