We offer Reformer classes as well as Virtual (online) Mat classes. Our Reformer machines provide challenging and dynamic workouts that focus on strengthening the whole body and provide deep and controlled stretching of the spine, hip flexors, hamstrings and gluteals. Both Mat and Reformer exercises build a great foundation for any sporting pursuits and develops effective movement patterns, increased coordination and balance.

If you choose Reformer classes, you ‘ll need to have had experience using a reformer but if not, choose an “Intro to Reformer’ class or private lesson.
