LifeWorks Pilates
LifeWorks Pilates is run by Alison Lucas from her purpose built studio set in a relaxing garden environment in Lennox Head between Ballina and Byron Bay.
An experienced Pilates instructor with Polestar Pilates Mat Certification and a fully trained registered nurse with a Diploma in Public Health and Certificate 3 in Fitness, Alison is dedicated to ensuring that each member of her small classes receive individual care and attention.
Specific classes such as beginner, pregnancy, seniors and kids classes are run by experienced physiotherapists.
